Centre Manager - One Post

Your job will include: You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and financial management of a new nursery that will open very soon. You will manage about four or five staff and oversee the childcare and education activities provided in their nursery. You will aim to give the children who attend the best possible start in life.

As a nursery manager, you will provide day-care to children aged between three months and five years, with a range of social, physical, emotional and intellectual needs.

You will use your skill to develop this new nursery from the its beginning. Running a nursery can be emotionally, mentally and physically demanding.

A Nursery Nursing qualification, such as a B.Ed, NNEB, CACHE Diploma in Child Care and Education or NVQ level 3 or 4 in Child Care Learning or equivalent

Senior Nursery Nurse Officer - One post

Your duties include: Working in partnership with the Manager to ensure the daily running and administration of the nursery, adhering to the Policies & Procedures of Fountain Children Centre Ltd and compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted and the National Standards. Ensuring confidentiality is maintained in the nursery. Having key-holder responsibility.Acting as a Named Coordinator relevant to their skills or training as designated by the Nursery Manager.

You must have either NNEB or NVQ Level 3 in Child Care or equivalent

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education

BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development

Nursery Nurse - One post

Your job will also include: Adhering to the Policies & Procedures of Fountain Children Centre Ltd and compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted and the National Standards. Ensuring confidentiality is maintained in the nursery. Working as part of a team.

The care and supervision of the children with regards to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs

You need to hold a relevant child care qualification such as:

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education

BTEC National Diploma in Child Care, Learning and Development

NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development.

Or any equivalent

Nursery Assistants - Two posts

Your duties will include Caring and supervising of the children with regards to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs. Working with the Nursery Nurse on planning and preparation of activities, to meet children’s individual needs, liaising with parents and negotiating working targets ensuring effective communication within the nursery. Offering all children Equal Opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disabilities, cultural or linguistic background; in particular, challenge situations where racism or discrimination is displayed

You must have at least 5 GCESE or equivalent
